Harrisburg Walmart cleared following bomb threat

SALINE COUNTY - The Harrisburg Walmart has been cleared following a bomb threat this evening, according to police.

At approximately 7:00 p.m. tonight, police responded to the store after a 911 caller claimed that there was a bomb in the bathroom. 

Police say the caller gave police a time frame before detonation. Police say the building was evacuated for the safety of staff and customers.

First Responders conducted a sweep of the building. No suspicious items were located. An investigation into the identity of the caller is ongoing.
